Return Policy

  • We offer the same 14-day store credit or exchange policy in store and online.
  • Any returnable items can be returned free in-store.
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In-store returns will be issued a store credit, which can only be used in-store.
  • Online returns will be issued a refund to the original payment method.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • If you require a return label, a $15.00+tax shipping fee will be applied to your return.
  • Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If for any reason you receive merchandise that is faulty or shipped incorrectly, we will gladly correct the error within 14 days and cover the cost of shipping.

Return Conditions

 

  • In the event you must return an item(s) it must be returned in the same way it was delivered to you. Items must be returned new, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. 
  • Any item(s) that are worn, damaged, altered (by you or any third party on your behalf), stained, laundered, dry cleaned, or carry a scent (from perfumes, antiperspirant, deodorants, etc.) or deemed not in a re-sellable condition by the customer service team, are not eligible for a return and will not be accepted.
  • Most formal wear/ceremonial clothing is not returnable. Please contact us at [email protected] for further information.
  • Footwear approved for return must not be marked on the soles or uppers, show signs of wear through creases or scratches and are to be packaged in their original box. Please do not use the box as part of the outer packaging; the shoe box is considered an integral piece of the item.
  • Jewelry of any kind or accessories such as sunglasses, belts, purses, gloves, scarves, ties, pocket squares, bibs, suspenders and novelty items are a final sale and cannot be returned.
  • For hygienic reasons undergarments (underwear, undershirts, etc.), socks, tights, pantyhose, and swimwear as well as headwear of any kind including, clips, bands, hats, bows, tiaras and veils are a final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Special orders, customized, personalized and/or monogrammed items are a final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance.
  • Items that are marked final sale cannot be returned.

 


 

Request a Return Label

 

  • To request a return label, please e-mail [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack the item(s) with care. Print out the return label and drop off the package at your local Canada Post. 
  • You must send your parcel back to us within 14 days of receiving your initial order.
  • Once the package arrives, the item(s) will be inspected. If it meets our conditions for return, you will be notified by email with refund details.

 


 

Returns in Store

 

  • You may visit our Woodbridge / Vaughan location in person within the 14-day return period to return or exchange your items and receive a store credit. Our convenient store hours and address can be found on our website.
