RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Zero 20 Kids is a children’s boutique that sells fashionable clothing, shoes and accessories for babies, children and tweens. For 31 years we have brought you the best brands the world has to offer while providing outstanding customer service. To ensure you have a hassle free and seamless experience we offer the same 14 day refund or exchange policy in store or online.

Our website is designed to give you the tools to make the most informed decision on your purchase. We provide you with, clear pictures, detailed descriptions of each item, sizing options, colour charts and helpful tips. Items that are eligible for a refund or exchange will be accepted when returned within 14 days from date of arrival. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained by the customer from Zero20 Kids and included in the package for return. Please note all return shipping costs are to be paid by you.

To exchange an item follow the return steps outlined below and contact our service department to help you find a replacement. Please note returns with an original reciept will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Returns without an original receipt will be issued on a gift card.


Return Conditions

In the event you have to return an item(s) we ask that they be returned and represented in the same manner in which they were delivered to you. Items must be returned new, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. Any item(s) that are worn, damaged, altered (by you or any third party on your behalf), stained, laundered or carry a scent (from perfumes, antiperspirant, deodorants, etc.) or deemed not in a re-sellable condition by the customer service team, are not eligible for a return and will not be accepted.

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If for any reason you receive merchandise that is faulty or shipped incorrectly, we will gladly correct the error within 14 days and cover the cost of shipping.

Footwear approved for return must not be marked on the soles or uppers, show signs of wear through creases or scratches and are to be packaged in their original box. Please do not use the box as part of the outer packaging; the shoe box is considered an integral piece of the item.

Jewelry of any kind or accessories such as sunglasses, belts, purses, gloves, scarves, ties, pocket squares, bibs, suspenders and novelty items are a final sale and cannot be returned.

For hygienic reasons undergarments (underwear, undershirts, etc.), socks, tights, pantyhose, and swimwear as well as headwear of any kind including, clips, bands, hats, bows, tiaras and veils are a final sale and cannot be returned.

Ceremonial and formalwear (see product detail pages), custom made and monogrammed items are a final sale and cannot be returned.

Items that are on sale or discounted are a final sale and cannot be returned.


Steps to Return Your Item(s)

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), email Zero 20 Kids at customercare@zero20kids.com or call our toll free number 1-877-851-6041.

Please provide your invoice details and the reason you would like to make an exchange or refund. Packages that are returned and do not include an RMA number will not be accepted and sent back to you at your cost.

Your RMA number will be sent by email within 24 hours, ensure this form is included with the returned package.

Pack the item(s) with care. Select a courier or post office of your choice and send the package back to us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by you. You must send your parcel back to us within 14 days of receiving your initial order.

We strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number as it is your responsibility to ensure the returned package is received by us. Zero20 Kids will not be held liable for product or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during the returns shipping process.

Once the package arrives to us the item will be inspected, if it meets our conditions for return you will be notified by email with refund details.


Returns in Store

You may visit our Vaughan location in person within the 14 day return period and we will process your transaction according to our company policy. Make sure to bring the original receipt as your proof of purchase.
